Mistral is seeking a Research Engineer for the Orchestral team to help build the agentic platform used to train and evaluate our models. You will work across the library, tooling, abstractions and rollout engine, delivering end-to-end pieces from design to production.

We value strong Python skills, a builder mindset and experience at scale in distributed systems. You’ll collaborate with researchers as users and contribute to open-source projects where it benefits the platform.
