Your role will be to work with Oracle customers to assist them with their database administration requirements. This could involve anything from a day’s assistance on resolving a specific issue to a project lasting many months to design and implement a new high availability database cluster. No two customers are the same, so this role will be exciting and challenging, offering opportunities to work on some of the biggest implementations in Italy, managing important applications.

What You’ll Bring

You have a rare combination—a sharp technical mind and a business acumen. You’ll leverage this to help customers succeed with our products. We also look for:

• Proven experience in consulting and implementing database solutions.
• Ability to engage with senior partners using your technical knowledge and transformation approach.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills:

• Experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions on OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle RDBMS Database Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of High Availability solutions and Disaster Recovery.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, Data Architecture design, and database server infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of modern application architecture deployments in Cloud environments.
• Experience with migration methodologies from On-Premise to Cloud.
• Knowledge of Virtualization solutions like OVM and VMWare, and network design and administration.
• Experience working with Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and DataOps solutions.
• Understanding of designing and building secure, scalable, and resilient Cloud platforms.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to write infrastructure as code using Cloud technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for application deployment on Cloud.

Advantages but not crucial:

• Experience with GITHUB is a plus.
• Knowledge of RDBMS technologies like MongoDB, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
