Plant Quality Manager

We are seeking a Plant Quality Manager to strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the site’s quality policy through deployment and monitoring of quality measures and action plans aligned with the plant and Group standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by guaranteeing product and process quality within the site, projects, or business units.
• Ensuring organizational and work process compliance with quality standards.
• Developing and executing continuous improvement strategies.
• Training and raising awareness among teams regarding quality standards.
• Acting as the primary contact for internal and external audits.

Profile sought:

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Proven experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Expertise in quality systems, tools, and methodologies (ISO, BRCGS, control plans, SPC, problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; a minimum of 10 years of experience is preferred, along with fluency in spoken French.
