Plant Quality Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Quality Manager to strengthen our team at this site.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the quality policy for the site, including deployment and monitoring of quality measures and action plans aligned with the plant and Group standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of products and processes within the site, projects, or business units.
• Ensure organizational and process compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies.
• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.

Profile sought:

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Proven experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Expertise in quality systems, tools, and methodologies (ISO, BRCGS, control plans, SPC, problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Professional proficiency in English; fluency in French is required, with CVs submitted in both languages.
