Description du poste

Elaborates medium and long-term business objectives.

Develops budgets, operational plans, production, and business development strategies, and is responsible for their annual implementation.

Ensures customer satisfaction standards are met (OTTR & PPM indicators).

Approves Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment policies, and is responsible for the HSE & Q performance at the site. Appoints competent persons for Q & HSE and allocates resources for compliance. Chairs the HSE committee. Ensures managers conduct inspections & audits, and develop corrective actions. Reviews continuous improvement, compliance, and effectiveness of Q & HSE programs.

Leads the implementation of business initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma Plus, Cost & Inventory reduction, and Honeywell Operating System.

Responsible for achieving financial targets (production cost, inventory, headcount) through continuous improvement, productivity, and new processes.

Leads HR processes including annual performance appraisals, high potential employee identification, and professional & personal development initiatives.

Ensures cohesion between Operations & Functions.

Measures, analyzes, and manages Continuous Improvement for SQDIC metrics.

Provides strong leadership and vision for future business development.

Develops and attracts talent, removing barriers to performance by implementing robust management processes, tools, and resources.

Ensures compliance with all Honeywell processes and practices.

• Greenbelt certification, Lean Expert / Master certification, and Supply Chain background are a plus
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
