Job summary

Castrol is seeking a Plant Manager for its Péronne manufacturing site. You will lead all manufacturing and warehousing operations, drive HSSE, quality and cost performance, and guide a diverse team to achieve continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

You will shape strategic direction, ensure alignment with global supply chain objectives, and foster a culture of accountability, safety and outstanding operational results in a premium brand environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in operations management or plant leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE and Quality Management Systems with commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience driving operational excellence using Lean, TPM, WCOM or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the plant's vision, strategy and objectives in line with GSC Europe priorities.
• Lead manufacturing and on-site warehousing operations, including scheduling and inventory.
• Champion HSSE leadership and continuous improvement, ensuring safe working practices and compliance.
• Own site-level accountability and manage risk, controls and emergency response as needed.
• Drive quality culture and cost performance through data-driven improvements.
• Develop and engage diverse plant teams through effective people management.
