Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a manufacturing or plant organization.
• Proven track record industrializing new products and ramping production.
• Experience in series/repetitive or high-cadence manufacturing environments.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and production planning expertise.

Responsabilités

• Industrialization & Ramp-up: Lead the launch and rapid production ramp-up of the new product range.
• Operational Transformation: Drive standardization, pace, and discipline while sustaining customized manufacturing.
• Operational Excellence: Establish robust production planning, standard work, and shopfloor routines.
• Workforce Development: Adapt staffing and training; manage shifts as volumes rise.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement in a regional/global matrix.
• HSE & Lean: Improve HSE, 5S and Lean as the organization scales.
