Jobtailor seeks a Plant Director for the Voreppe site in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. You will oversee operations, drive profitability and customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and leading cross-functional teams.

You will ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards while managing budgets and performance metrics, in close coordination with divisional management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an industrial site or a service specialized in heat and thermochemical treatment.
• Strong skills in financial management and performance control, particularly through LEAN management.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to unite and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Oversee all operations of the Voreppe site in close coordination with divisional management.
• Ensure the site’s industrial, financial and human performance meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.
