We seek a Plant I&C Engineer with strong Cryogenics experience to join our GTD Cadarache team at GTD SI&R. The successful candidate will support the ITER Cryogenics plant during commissioning and collaborate with the F4E-CODAC team under Framework Service Contracts.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a large international project and to learn about diverse plant systems/technologies at ITER.

Initial activities focus on commissioning at ITER’s Cryogenics plant, with future involvement in projects related to electrical distribution, industrial systems, and nuclear systems. The candidate will join a growing team of local engineers.

Position activities - short term:

• I&C site support during commissioning: testing, calibration, installation, repair, and inspection of I&C equipment
• Reviewing manuals, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing defective parts
• Reviewing I&C documentation (hook-ups, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, datasheets) and updating documents to create "As Built" versions
• Participating in technical meetings
• Communicating with customers and suppliers locally
• Reporting progress
