We are now hiring a Planning Officer to join our team as soon as possible.

The Planning Officer will manage the scheduling and planning of DU EMEA’s extensive group of trainers, ensuring all stakeholders are well informed of upcoming programmes and key milestones. The role will support the Faculty Lead in achieving our mission of making an impact that matters on the growth of our people.

Matching & Planning

  • Takes ownership of the candidate experience throughout the whole process.
  • Supports the Faculty Lead and Faculty Manager to develop and implement effective processes for strategic faculty planning.
  • Upon programme planning release informs eligible trainers of upcoming programme schedule and asks for availabilities.
  • Allocates and matches the trainers for all upcoming programme offerings based on trainers’ availability, skills, experience, and role requirements with the open positions, according to predetermined criteria.
  • Consults and works in close collaboration with the Faculty Manager and the Trainer Recruitment Specialist.
  • Seeks approval on the draft allocation from the relevant Curriculum managers and makes updates when required.
  • Informs trainers on signed off allocation and plans them accordingly.
  • Support Faculty Lead and/or Faculty Manager to inform the countries of consolidated faculty planning overview.
  • Uses and updates all relevant tools to ensure all data are captured and up to date.
  • Works with the Delivery Manager, Junior Delivery Manager and Trainer Recruitment Specialist to update the allocation in case of cancellations within the defined timeframe.
  • In charge of relevant reporting and recommendations to optimize the processes through the available tool(s).
  • Supports the Faculty Lead and Team, Curriculum and Delivery managers to build a community of trainers and builds and maintains connection to DU EMEA Faculty through effective communication.
  • Has the opportunity to initiate and/or participate in specific Faculty related projects.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Deloitte experience is an advantage.
  • Languages: English – fluent, other languages are an advantage.
