Description du poste

Job Summary

Management of planning activities, control, and return of all imported products sold in the region to meet customer requirements. Ensure healthy stock levels with low discards and returns. Promote continuous improvement in planning.

Responsibilities/Description

  • Ensure timely and adequate stock replenishment of imported products in the region.
  • Monitor stock levels of final products (Make to Stock) at appropriate levels.
  • Conduct alignment meetings with other teams.
  • Manage KPIs related to planning and customer service.
  • Organize and distribute team responsibilities and replacements if necessary.
  • Interface with operations, supervisors, managers, and planners.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, coach, and manage the performance of the planning/scheduler team across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent business English communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills.
  • SAP, APO, MRP training in functional areas of expertise.
  • APICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) training.
