Une entreprise innovante recherche un 'Service Provider' pour le projet NorseBreeze, le premier parc éolien offshore de 400 MW au Danemark. Vous serez chargé de la planification, du contrôle des progrès et de la coordination avec les équipes internationales, tout en contribuant à la transition énergétique. Ce rôle exige une expertise avancée en planification de projets offshore et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service provider will provide services associated with development of all planning, progress measurement and reporting tools, procedures and reports for the NorseBreeze Offshore Wind developments, ensuring the Company is in the position to make fully informed decisions. The Service Provider shall support the Project under the guidance of the Project Controls team. The service will enable the project teams to understand, plan for, and achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project targets. ACTIVITIES

The Service Provider shall be responsible for all scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities for the NorseBreeze Offshore Wind projects. During the pre-FID phase, focusing on engineering, surveys, permit preparation, early commitment planning, financing, and FID readiness, services include:

• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means, and tools to ensure efficient organization and operation of scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities.
• Assist in defining (and updating as necessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure aligned with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control, and reporting, for all project phases.
• Develop, update, and revise the overall integrated Project Schedules as required by Project Management, including analysis and simulations of new or alternative execution model schedules.
• Organize, coordinate, supervise, and control all planning activities during the Development phase, regularly informing, supporting, and advising the Project Management team.
• Assist Packages in preparing their progress measurement systems, review contractors' procedures and schedules, and approve progress reports.
• Define (and update as necessary) a suitable Monthly Report structure to meet Project management needs.
• Develop detailed and accurate Project Monthly and Weekly Reports during all project phases.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating the integration of reports from Weekly / Monthly Project Meetings and Management meetings.
• Provide general support to Project Management on scheduling and reporting matters, managing related activities.
• Report progress and concerns timely to the Project Management Officer.
• Ensure strict confidentiality for all scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
• Gather lessons learned related to scheduling, progress control, and reporting, providing feedback to other Client’s Renewables and Offshore Wind entities.

The service provider will also support other PMO functions, including assisting the Cost Control Lead and the Risk Manager where relevant.

Furthermore, the service provider shall actively liaise with all Project team members involved in scheduling and progress measurement, observe confidentiality during tendering and throughout the project, and demonstrate exemplary behavior in line with the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The Client’s Renewables team is passionate about deploying clean energy and creating new opportunities for communities. The NorseBreeze project is the first 400MW Offshore Wind Farm developed by the Client in Denmark.

The Service provider may need to travel between Paris, France, and Copenhagen, Denmark.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced expertise in complex offshore project planning.
• Experience in major project developments with partners and reporting interfaces.
• Knowledge of scheduling / progress control techniques & tools; multi-discipline engineering / project planning; contractor interaction; excellent communication skills; expertise in these areas.
• Strong team spirit with the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including international teams.
• Proficiency with planning tools: MS Word, MS Excel, PRIMAVERA, MS Project; LEAN Six-Sigma & PowerBI are preferred.
• Familiarity with industry and client planning and reporting rules / procedures.
• Ability to independently own projects and tasks, follow through with minimal supervision.
