About You
You are a highly experienced planning and scheduling professional with 15–20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly with large-scale, complex projects. You have an engineering degree (or equivalent) and a deep understanding of Primavera, progress measurement processes, and integrated scheduling tools. You thrive in multicultural environments and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
You bring strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify and propose solutions for scheduling conflicts or project delays. Your background includes working with Subsea Production Systems (SPS) and Umbilical Riser Spools (URS), and previous SPS package experience is a definite plus. You are proactive, collaborative, and confident in liaising with internal teams and contractors alike, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) commitment throughout your work.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead all scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities for the projects' SPS and URS supply packages on behalf of Applica's client. You’ll oversee the development and maintenance of package schedules, analyse critical paths, coordinate progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives during the execution phase.
