Job Description:

About your role

  • Your main mission will be coordinating all the logistics activities aligned with the production needs, ensuring close collaboration with the sales teams and customers.
  • You will evaluate and update the production capacity together with the Production team and Production Manager.
  • You will be a key player in defining forecasts related to markets, customer satisfaction, and business development in new markets.
  • You will optimize demand and real-time stock levels, including finished and semi-finished products.
  • You will finalize accurate forecasts for managing inventory levels, aligning supply chain plans, anticipating demand, and planning orders.
  • You will manage a team of technicians and operators covering all supply chain activities at our site.
  • Your role includes defining transportation, monitoring incoterms, and supervising customer operations.
  • You will manage the Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse teams based on the current organization.
  • You will develop in an international environment, interacting with employees within the Business Unit, the group, and with international customers and suppliers.

About you

  • You have solid experience in similar roles.
  • You have worked in a multinational organization.
  • Experience managing production planning or supply chain teams is required for success in this role.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
