The role involves managing piping components, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with maritime industry standards. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and strong technical skills in English.

• Mandatory MFC at the start of the mission.

Responsabilités

• Create components in piping material classes.
• Manage quantity revision of material requisitions.
• Conduct technical bid evaluations of piping and valves.

Vacancy Overview
Airswift has been tasked to find aPiping Material Engineer to work under 12 months renewable contract for major EPC costumer in France.

Services to be Carried Out
The service will be done independently, under the responsibility of the person in charge of a project and in interface with the other disciplines.

Services include (non-exhaustive list):

• Under supervision of the Piping Material Lead Engineer
• Able to create components in piping material classes
• Quantity management in view of revising material requisitions (bulk piping and valve requisitions)
• Technical bid evaluations of piping bulk and valves
• PO follow-up
• Knowledge in naval projects
• Application of Bureau Veritas rules and guidelines for the piping material activities in the marine industry

Required Skills
Candidate must have the following skills in the Oil & Gas field:

• English language: able to understand, write technical specifications, and participate in clarification meetings with Company and/or Vendors
• MFC at the expense of the service provider and mandatory at the start of the mission
