Overview

This position includes fiduciary duty or access to financial systems. Fully remote role that requires Eastern time support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on collection accounts. Process payments, disputes, and send statements and invoices. Interact with B2B customers (B2B collections experience is required).
• Manage day-to-day tasks: respond to emails, tend to assigned portfolio, and make follow-up calls to customers.
• Work schedule: training 8:30-5:30; after training, hours are 10:00-19:00 Eastern Time. Remote role but must support Eastern hours.
