Description du poste

NES Fircroft is seeking an Installation Methods Senior Engineer to oversee the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, riser systems, flexible flowlines, and/or umbilicals.

Location: Suresnes, France. Flexible work pattern available.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of engineers and a package.
2. Handle all external interfaces (clients, suppliers) and internal interfaces (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, purchase).
3. Prepare documents and preliminary studies for tenders, FEEDs, and projects.
4. Supervise engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation of products.
5. Plan, prepare, and confirm specific procedures (validation tests on site, transportation, installation) and associated calculations (design of lifting slings), defining priorities.
6. Participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases to validate technical solutions, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
7. Ensure activities comply with project standards regarding Quality, Cost, and Time.
8. Act as the technical owner, select contractors, and supervise subcontracted studies.
9. Validate concepts and manage changes considering HSEQ criteria.
10. Approve developments and propose improvements aligned with HSEQ standards.
11. Contribute to team development and expertise consolidation within the installation team.
12. Offer innovative, cost-reducing solutions.
