Description du poste

NES Fircroft is seeking an Installation Methods Senior Engineer to oversee the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, risers, flexible flowlines, and umbilicals.

Location:

Suresnes, France. Flexible work pattern available.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of engineers and a project package.
2. Handle all external interfaces (clients, suppliers) and internal interfaces (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, procurement).
3. Prepare documents and preliminary studies for tenders, FEEDs, and projects.
4. Supervise engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation of products.
5. Plan, prepare, and validate procedures for site validation tests, transportation, and installation, including associated calculation notes (e.g., design of lifting slings).
6. Participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases to validate technical solutions, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
7. Ensure activities adhere to project standards regarding quality, cost, and schedule.
8. Act as the technical owner for contractor selection and supervise subcontracted studies.
9. Validate concepts, manage changes considering HSEQ criteria, and propose improvements.
10. Contribute to team development and expertise consolidation within the installation team.
11. Offer innovative, cost-reducing solutions.
