Qualifications

• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle.
• Compétences en gestion de projet et gestion des sous-traitants.
• Anglais courant requis pour la certification PART 145.

Responsabilités

• Participer à des projets d'initiative bas carbone.
• Gérer les plans de maintenance et l'industrialisation.
• Proposer un plan de maintenance M1N.

Job Description

On an operational level, this role involves several themes where you will either participate or lead:

• Participate in the CO2 reduction/kerosene consumption project: low-carbon initiative
• Lead and identify risks (RiTo) and propose Business Continuity Plan (PCA) solutions
• Assess upgrade needs for equipment, propose investment plans, and contribute to budget management
• Maintain technological watch with partners to ensure PCA and maintenance activities are defined, preventing operational stoppages
• Consolidate and organize maintenance plans and define needs for new equipment
• As an industrialization leader, oversee DVM associated with engine preparation and testing activities

You will also contribute to Progress/Transformation initiatives:

• Participate in and propose a performance monitoring plan with the CdL and network coordinators to evaluate line efficiency through KPI management
• Assist in transferring activities (needs, pilot S/T) from the current building to the new Building 65 under construction (delivery end of 2025, 2500m²)
• Propose and lead a M1N maintenance plan
• Drive innovation initiatives and foster a dynamic environment
• Implement a 5S approach to optimize workplace organization

Job Requirements

• Experience in industrial maintenance, risk management (RiTo), and Business Continuity Planning (PCA)
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintenance activities
• Project management experience
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Teamwork and change management skills
• Regulatory training related to MRO Part 145 (training provided)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, required for PART 145 certification
