Position based in Paris / Metz / Nancy / Toulouse / Limoges

Main missions

Reporting to the Regional Operational Manager, you will be in charge of and monitor a portfolio of client sites, mainly handling the following tasks:

  • Management of FM contracts and services
  • Implementation of new providers or suppliers upon renewal of FM framework markets
  • Management of works on sites with budgets up to 250,000 euros excluding tax (including delegated project management in certain cases)
  • Real estate management of leased sites (inventory, entry and exit control of charges, etc.)
  • Managing relationships with internal clients
  • Performing management and procurement acts using the company's purchasing tools

You must ensure the smooth running of technical operations, services, and works, in compliance with contractual commitments to the customer.

Your specific missions will include:

  • Managing all technical, soft services, and works on the sites
  • Following intervention requests from customer users and ensuring their proper execution
  • Establishing quotes for services not included in existing contracts
  • Conducting site inspections and assessing service quality
  • Calculating and enforcing penalties as per contracts
  • Managing current action plans
  • Managing work on sites with costs less than 250k per operation, from costing to receipt
  • Managing energy performance of sites
  • Maintaining customer relations on-site (e.g., head of establishment, user representatives)
  • Preparing and updating the prevention plan annually
  • Scheduling regulatory controls and monitoring the resolution of reservations
  • Reporting to the client in the required format and on time

This includes regular site visits, providing advice and support to clients, preparing reports, and participating in client meetings.

Qualifications

With a higher education qualification of Bac 3 or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in Facility Management or Property Management, overseeing real estate services and/or tenant relations.

You are organized, rigorous, curious, and possess good interpersonal skills.
