Position: Production Activity Supervisor F/H/D in shift hours

Location: Craponne

Reporting to: Activity Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary production team of 20 employees (operators, technicians, and technical assistants).
• Oversee and organize the production sector to meet production goals while adhering to SSE and quality procedures.
• Recruit and develop team members, enhance team attractiveness, and optimize service performance.
• Report on team performance indicators, investigate discrepancies, and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Participate in sector projects and coordinate with support services for production.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree or engineering diploma (Bac +5) or equivalent experience in industry.
• Successful initial experience in production or support roles within process industries (diagnostic, pharmaceutical, food, automotive, etc.).
• Practical, with a focus on high-demand product and process flow activities.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Dynamism and innovative capacity are assets.
• Position requires shift work: 5h-13h / 13h-21h.
