Qualifications

Labor
  1. Ensure the cleanliness of the entire shop floor and the clearing of all used equipment to the dish wash area.
  2. Ensure cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and work area as the shift progresses.
  3. Comply at all times with HACCP procedures and good hygiene practices during TSU activities.
  4. Ensure tray set activities do not exceed the time frame of 45 minutes for catering loading.
  5. Ensure that meals loaded in carts attain a minimum of 4 hours cooling time in the flight holding chillers.
  6. Record the handling time and temperatures of all trays at the beginning and end of the process.
  7. Clear and sanitize workstation before and after any activities.
  8. Ensure that items needed for next day TSU activities are requisitioned and received in collaboration with the warehouse.
  9. Handle all charter flights and VIP flights as they come.
  10. Ensure that the company’s hygiene, quality, and temperature standards are strictly followed at all times.
  11. Monitor punctuality, attendance, and personal appearance of staff, and recommend corrective actions whenever necessary.
  12. Practice proper grooming, personal hygiene, and use of safety equipment.
  13. Comply with all company standards, food safety requirements, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Perfil

The ideal candidate needs to possess the following:

  1. Knowledge of the operative flow and rules.
  2. Possess 3 years’ relevant experience in the airline hospitality industry.
  3. Minimum of OND or equivalent qualifications.
  4. Compliance with HACCP rules.
  5. Safe handling with zero damage/loss.
  6. Compliance with internal guidelines, policies, and strategies.
  7. Compliance with airline’s specifications.
