IC Resources is seeking a talented Process Integration Engineer to join the Paris team, focusing on interfacing III-V semiconductors, silicon photonics, and heterogeneous integration. The role involves developing and integrating novel semiconductor processes across flows, device fabrication, and technology development, helping photonic technologies move from concept to working devices.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and hands-on experience in semiconductor process

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor process integration and device fabrication.
• Knowledge of III-V and/or silicon semiconductor technologies.
• Understanding of heterogeneous integration, wafer bonding or hybrid integration.
• Familiarity with cleanroom processing and process development.
• Industry experience is preferred, particularly within photonics or semiconductor technology.

The team is looking for a talented Process Integration Engineer to join its Paris team, working at the interface of III-V semiconductors, silicon photonics and heterogeneous integration.

The role will focus on developing and integrating novel semiconductor processes, spanning process flows, device fabrication, heterogeneous integration and technology development, helping to take next-generation photonic technologies from concept through to working devices.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering or a related field
• Experience in semiconductor process integration and device fabrication
