Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd in Paris is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to join the team at the interface of III-V semiconductors, silicon photonics and heterogeneous integration, developing and integrating novel semiconductor processes from concept to working devices.

You will contribute to process flows, device fabrication and technology development, leveraging cleanroom capabilities and industry experience in photonics or semiconductor tech.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering or a related field
• Experience in semiconductor process integration and device fabrication
• Knowledge of III-V and/or silicon semiconductor technologies
• Understanding of heterogeneous integration, wafer bonding or hybrid integration
• Familiarity with cleanroom processing and process development
• Industry experience is preferred, particularly within photonics or semiconductor technology

Job Summary

The team is looking for a talented Process Integration Engineer to join its Paris team, working at the interface of III-V semiconductors, silicon photonics and heterogeneous integration.

The role will focus on developing and integrating novel semiconductor processes, spanning process flows, device fabrication, heterogeneous integration and technology development, helping to take next-generation photonic technologies from concept through to working devices.

Requirements
