Association Bernard Gregory offers a 3-year PhD position in Paris focused on next-generation diagnosis of imprinting disorders using multi-omic approaches and machine learning. You will lead methylation studies under Dr.

Frederic Brioude at Inserm CR Saint-Antoine, collaborating with bioinformatics and TAD teams within an ANR project. The successful candidate should have a Master degree in biology, strong molecular biology skills, and interest in epigenetics and high-throughput data analysis.

Qualifications
