The Institute of Pharmacology and Structural Biology (IPBS) in Toulouse, CNRS, centers its research on proteomics, mass spectrometry and proteasome biology. A PhD student will work under two senior researchers to express and purify proteasome complexes and identify novel inhibitors, contributing to autoimmune and cancer research.

Annual progression follows the French PPST framework, with MESR authorization required for arrival.

Qualificações

• The position is a PhD student co-supervised by two researchers.
• Experience with proteasome biology and mass spectrometry is relevant.
• Arrival must be authorised by MESR under PPST regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Express and purify proteasome complexes for inhibitor studies.
• Identify and characterize potential inhibitors in vitro.
• Collaborate within the Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry of Biomolecules team.
