Institut Curie in Paris seeks an M2 intern to decipher cellular heterogeneity in ATRT. The project handles bulk, single-cell, and spatial data from pediatric brain tumors and embryonic development. The intern will list datasets, index them, and prepare transfers to the NAS, while developing a Shiny app for QC and cross-dataset plots.

The role requires an M2 or higher student in bioinformatics or data analysis, with strong computational skills and a collaborative, motivated mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a master's or engineering program in bioinformatics or data analysis.
• Strong computational skills and interest in biology and scientific research.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• List and compile all datasets and create an index.
• Organize transfer of datasets to the NAS server.
• Create a Shiny app to QC and plot expression or splicing across datasets.
