The CNRS Institut d'Electronique de Microélectronique et de Nanotechnologie (IEMN) offers a 35‑hour per week PhD position (R1) focused on quantum nanostructures under the ANR PRC PEPITO program.

The project includes selective growth of InAs/InSb nanowires, nanostructure characterization with AFM/SEM, and nano-device fabrication using e-beam lithography and RIE, with collaboration across LAAS, LETI and NEEL under cryogenic conditions.

Qualifications

• PhD position related to quantum nanostructures and materials science.

Responsabilités

• Develop selective growth of InAs/InSb nanowires and related materials.
• Characterize grown nanostructures using AFM and SEM.
• Fabricate nano-devices using e-beam lithography, metal evaporation and reactive ion etching techniques.
