Association Bernard Gregory seeks a PhD candidate for a three-year project focused on enzymatic bioelectrochemistry and polysaccharide modification to create hydrogel-modified bioelectrodes for electrochemical biosensing. The work will be performed at Université Grenoble Alpes, spanning DCM and CERMAV, under renowned supervisors.

The project emphasizes surface chemistry, polymer chemistry, and enzyme wiring strategies, aiming for robust, selective sensors with in vitro and in vivo relevance.

Qualifications

• Background in electrochemistry or polymer chemistry is required.
• Experience with biosensors or enzymatic wiring is beneficial.
• Interest in bioelectrochemical device development and materials science.
