Position Details

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shifts Available: 1:30 P.M. - 10:00 P.M., Monday - Thursday

Work Environment and Responsibilities

Our temperature-controlled warehouse focuses on mail-order medications, with no patient interaction. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping prescription orders, using computer equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with other pharmacy technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (fee applicable, can be completed on the first day)
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Background

Broad training in fields like business, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, typically obtained through a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years of related experience and certification with a recognized organization is preferred. Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and customer service skills are advantageous.
