CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Pickup Innovations and Execution to lead the strategy and deployment of cutting-edge Rx POS for patient pickup experiences. You will oversee integration of workflows, prompts, and system design across enterprise partners, while ensuring compliance and scalable growth.

In this hybrid, full-time role, you will partner with stakeholders, manage ongoing enhancements, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Retail experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to various locations, including CVS sites with technology partners.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Adaptability to a hybrid work environment with strong productivity and communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of Rx POS innovations and enhancements aligned with business goals and customer priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day Rx POS execution including system support, reporting, and customer service via NPS scores.
• Maintain a data-driven strategy to guide prioritization and stakeholder investment.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders to align roadmap priorities and progress.
• Optimize processes to simplify operations and deliver best-in-class pickup experiences.
• Provide regular program and status updates to senior leaders for budgeting and decisions.
