CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. You will lead staff in the manager’s absence, supervise tasks, and uphold confidentiality and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays per weekly promotions. This role requires flexibility, early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations in absence of manager or supervisor, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in line with company policy.
• Price, stock and present merchandise, maintain displays and reset departments as needed.
