We invite a Lead Java developer with good communication and leadership skills, located in Casablanca, Morocco.

• Product is an end-to-end transactional marketplace that allows users to significantly reduce the time between the initial request to buy/sell/rent a real estate and closing a deal. In a few clicks, the user can get an estimation of the market value of the object, find out the amount of various taxes and commissions, as well as contact the real estate agent to clarify any remaining questions and start the process of selecting the most suitable options. Product leverages data and technology to connect all real estate market players through a state-of-the-art platform, create a chain of trust and powerful network effects, and accelerate transactions. The platform is an MVP, and there are a lot of features to develop;
• Technologies: Microservices, Java 17, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Maven, Github.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java experience;
• Conversational French and English;
• Autonomy, good communication skills, involvement, interest in making the product better, dynamism, and curiosity;
• Ability to clarify and refine requirements based on incomplete inputs;
• Readiness to help your teammates grow and improve the process, leadership skills;
• Location: only in Casablanca (Morocco), hybrid working format.
