PGIM Real Estate Group in Paris is seeking an Intern Analyst to support a wide range of real estate deals, including acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, and dispositions. You will be involved in the full investment process, perform valuation analyses in Excel, and help prepare memoranda and presentations.

Ideal candidates are students from leading business or engineering schools with excellent English and French, strong Excel/Office skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Responsabilités

• Assist with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and disposition duties
• Conduct real estate valuation analysis and Excel cash-flow modelling
• Perform market research and analyses to support investment decisions

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Intern Analyst will work on a wide range of deals, including direct and operational real estate. The Intern will be involved in the full investment process and will assist with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and disposition duties.
