PIMCO Prime Real Estate, basé à Paris, recherche un Associate pour assister les Origination Managers dans l’analyse, l’underwriting et la conclusion de mandats de financement immobilier.

Le candidat idéal possède 3–5 ans d’expérience en prêts immobiliers, un diplôme avancé en immobilier/finance et maîtrise l’anglais et le français; CFA/RICS est un plus. Environnement international et dynamique, travail hybride.

Qualifications

• 3–5 ans d’expérience en prêts immobiliers / financement structuré / dette privée.
• Diplôme avancé en Immobilier, Finance ou Économie; CFA/RICS un plus.
• Bilingue français/anglais exigé; autres langues européennes un plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduire l’analyse et le underwriting des prêts immobiliers conformes au mandat.
• Modélisation financière et flux de trésorerie pour évaluer les risques.
• Préparer les documents pour le comité et participer au comité d’investissement.
• Rédiger des term sheets et négocier avec les emprunteurs.

Investisseur et gestionnaire immobilier de premier plan au niveau mondial, PIMCO Prime Real Estate est une société de PIMCO et fait partie de la plateforme immobilière de PIMCO. Role Summary

The Associate assists Origination Manager and Senior Origination Manager in the analysis, underwriting and closing of mandate-compliant lending transactions for our investors. With growing transaction experience, continuously expand area of responsibility and start acquiring own client relationships and network.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial and cash flow modeling to assess and quantify the risk principles associated with new real estate financing opportunities
• Use internal models to assess loan ratings
• Prepare committee documents and participate in debt investment committee
• Draft appropriately structured term sheets and partially negotiate with borrowers
• Work with internal and external legal advisors to partially negotiate legal documentation
• Carry out property (including ESG), legal and tax real estate due diligence with internal experts & external advisors
• Supports smooth handover to loan management team

Key Requirements

• 3-5 year-experience in real-estate lending / structured financing / private debt
• Advanced graduate degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Economics or similar qualifications CFA or RICS is a plus
• Excellent modelling skills on Excel
• Fluent in French and English, an additional European language is a plus
• Curiosity, reactivity and communication/presentation skills
• Good negotiation and commercial skills
• Experience in an international and multicultural business environment
• Ability to navigate across different projects and departments and to work with a wide variety of different people in the organization
• Results orientated with the ability to work under time pressure when necessary, requiring strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Hands-on-mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks
• Ability to work in a team
