We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pet-Friendly Travel Specialist to assist clients in planning vacations that accommodate their furry companions. You’ll work closely with individuals and families to research, design, and book customized travel experiences that include pet-friendly accommodations, activities, and transportation options.

Responsibilities :

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and pet-related needs

Research and recommend pet-welcoming destinations, hotels, and activities

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, lodging, and ground transportation

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet travel regulations and airline policies

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Requirements :

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with computers and online booking platforms

Familiarity with major travel suppliers and booking engines (preferred)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
