Jobtailor, based in France, seeks a customer portfolio specialist to assess risks, identify opportunities, and acquire new clients in banking and insurance. You will tailor solutions and support ongoing relationships with proactive follow-up.

The role requires Bac+2 and 1-3 years of experience, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a self-motivated, curious attitude. You will contribute to financial growth and client onboarding both in person and remotely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent (Bac +2) required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience required.
• Previous experience in banking or insurance is a plus.
• Strong interest in banking and insurance.
• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team spirit.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and curious.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a customer portfolio by assessing risks and opportunities.
• Acquire new customers through targeted initiatives and proposals.
• Identify the needs and projects of customers and prospects and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure regular, high-quality follow-up of customer relationships.
• Contribute to the agency’s financial development.
• Handle customer requests proactively and responsively.
• Recommend suitable solutions, communicate deadlines, and meet them.
• Regularly update customer data and monitor transactions in accordance with internal rules and procedures.
• Promote customer self-service and autonomy.
• Participate in welcoming customers in person and remotely.
• Contribute to the agency’s activities and management.
