Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally in B2C
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone confidence
• Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
• Ability to grow your portfolio through client recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn from diverse colleagues
• Highly adaptable and mentally flexible

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire sales cycle for Pretto's services
• Negotiate with banking partners (B2B) and directly with retail clients (B2C)
• Convert a high volume of highly qualified inbound leads
• Manage a portfolio and generate 25% of revenue through referrals
• Guide clients in structuring the best financing solution
• Negotiate with banks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and technology
