We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support us across two companies. The role is primarily focused on LinkedIn post management, Upwork admin, and CRM updates. You’ll help us stay visible, responsive, and organized across key platforms.

This is a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

???? What You'll Do:

LinkedIn:

Like, comment, and engage with posts to keep our profiles active

Respond to comments and DMs on our behalf

Schedule and publish posts (we will provide all content)

Monitor activity and notify us of key messages or trends

Upwork & Admin Tasks:

Submit proposals using templates and guidelines we provide

Monitor proposal statuses and follow up when needed

Respond to client inquiries and messages

Track submissions and conversations in a shared system

CRM Support:

Update contact records and deal stages based on activity

Log interactions from LinkedIn, email, and Upwork

Keep pipelines organized and current

Flag leads that need follow-up

Fluent written English (non negotiable). We need someone who speaks English 10/10

Familiar with LinkedIn, Upwork, and basic CRM tools (we’ll train you if needed)

Proactive, reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Able to follow clear instructions and take initiative.

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight. Must be based in Bali.
