YOUR ROLE
You will act as the key liaison between the Group Legal Department Director and the Group’s various internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Assist the Legal Director in the day-to-day and strategic management of the legal department, ensuring effective coordination of activities, projects and communications
• Assist members of the legal department with apostilles, notarizations and signature certifications
• Facilitate communication between the Legal Director, other departments, international subsidiaries and external stakeholders (lawyers,consultants, regulators, etc.)
• Liaise with the Group's accounting department for the payment of legal department invoices
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses on the activities of the legal department for the Legal Director
• Participate in the digital transformation of the department
• Review and optimise legal processes (Legal Operations)
• Participate in the management and monitoring of the department's human resources
• Coordinate legal monitoring and inform the Legal Director of relevant legislative and regulatory developments
• Ensure the collection and processing of information, and ensure that it is circulated in accordance with Group rules
• Discreetly and efficiently manage a complex schedule, organise travel (including the payment of expenses) and meetings
• Prepare and attend meetings and write summaries
• Prepare and format files, reports, signature books, documents, letters and minutes
• Archive sensitive legal documentation in a safe
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You have a higher education degree and are fluent in English
• You are proficient in office software tools
• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment
• Proactive and service-oriented, you enjoy working as part of a team
• Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion are key assets in successfully carrying out your responsibilities
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English
