Job summary

IPVF – Photovoltaic Institute of Île-de-France in Palaiseau invites a Master student to join a six-month internship focused on modeling and data analysis for perovskite solar cells. You will work on simulations with drift-diffusion approaches using Setfos and contribute to experimental interpretation in the lab.

You'll develop skills in data science, materials modelling and Python/ Matlab, collaborating with researchers to advance device performance in a world-class energy transition program.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data science and materials science.
• Experience with modeling and simulation of PV devices.
• Proficiency in Matlab and Python.
• Familiarity with perovskite solar cells is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model full-device perovskite solar cells to reproduce J–V, EQE, and PL measurements.
• Identify limiting interfaces and guide device architecture improvements.
• Conduct J–V characterization at different scan rates and EQE measurements in the lab.
