Job summary

IPVF – Photovoltaic Institute of Île-de-France is offering a 6-month internship to quantify aging factors in perovskite solar cells. You will set up a climate chamber test matrix, characterize devices with IV, electroluminescence, and photoluminescence, and develop standardized protocols to improve accelerated aging methodologies.

The role is based at IPVF's Paris-Saclay site, starts February 1, 2027, and requires an engineering or Master’s degree in Materials Science / Applied Physics / Energy

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master’s degree in Materials Science / Applied Physics / Energy and Environment.
• Experience with experimental measurements and data analysis.
• Proactive and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Establish a test matrix under controlled accelerated aging in a climate chamber.
• Characterize perovskite devices using IV, electroluminescence, and photoluminescence.
• Develop and formalize experimental protocols and measurement conditions.
• Write procedures for team-wide use and disseminate results.
