PERMANENT JOB: BEAUTY EXPERT, LONDON

We are seeking passionate, talented, sales-driven individuals to support our growth in the UK.

Caudalie UK LTD is hiring an ambitious BEAUTY EXPERT for London and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Head of Education, you will represent the brand across various points of sale including Selfridges, Sephora, SpaceNK, Boots, and VIP Pharmacies. Your role involves driving sales, building relationships, and delivering engaging training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets daily and monthly.
• Conduct training to educate and motivate sales teams.
• Coordinate with Key Accounts for merchandising and stock management.
• Develop relationships with store managers and staff to boost growth.
• Submit sales reports timely to the Head of Education.
• Manage your stock of testers, samples, and gifts.
• Assist marketing with events and campaigns.
• Implement marketing plans for each campaign.

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about beauty and skincare.
• Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent at customer engagement and relationship building.
• Professional, cheerful, and autonomous.
• Organized with good time management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments.
• Experience with other beauty brands or retailers is preferred.
• Willing to travel within the area, to London head office, and abroad for seminars.

Additional Information:

• Start date: September 2024.
• Location: London and surrounding areas.
• Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, up to 2 Sundays/month, with variable shifts.
• Benefits include: monthly bonus, company phone and iPad, daily lunch allowance, and travel expenses.
