Delivery Manager / Head of DeliveryLocation: France/ homebasedType: Full-Time | Senior LevelWe’re looking for a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of project leadership, team development, and client success.You’ll be responsible for overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, and managing profitability. You’ll also coach and support a team of Project Managers—ensuring high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.What you’ll be doing:Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagementsBuilding strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfactionManaging project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecastingCoaching and developing project managers across multiple accountsDriving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practicesWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in senior delivery or project management rolesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsSolid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teamsThis is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to take ownership of high-impact accounts and lead with purpose.
