Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead digital projects across key accounts. This senior role involves overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, managing profitability, and coaching Project Managers to ensure high standards and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements, building strong client relationships, managing project risks, scope, financial performance, and forecasting, as well as driving continuous improvement in delivery standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability), and experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact accounts and lead with purpose. Salary range: €80,000 - €90,000.
