Job summary

TotalEnergies, via SAF, recherche un expert pour assurer la sécurité et la disponibilité des environnements critiques gérés par l’équipe SAF, composée de 7 personnes à Paris, Pau et Grenoble.

Vous intégrerez des solutions techniques (réseau, sécurité, virtualisation, stockage, bases de données) et contribuerez au développement de nouvelles solutions SAF tout en gérant des cycles de renouvellement technologique et des plans DRP. Un niveau d’anglais B2 est requis.

Qualifications

• BAC+2 avec au moins 8 ans d’expérience ou Master avec expérience significative.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes d’information (Windows, Linux, sécurité, pare-feu, bases de données, stockage, réseau).
• Anglais courant (B2) requis.

Responsibilities

• Garantir la disponibilité et la sécurité des environnements SAF.
• Intégrer et exploiter des solutions techniques (réseautique, sécurité, virtualisation, stockage, bases de données).
• Développer de nouvelles solutions et produits SAF.
• Conduire les cycles de renouvellement technologique et faire évoluer les services clients sur une logique produit.
• Support avancé des utilisateurs lors d’incidents.
• Assurer la continuité des services et mettre en œuvre DRP et sauvegardes.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et documenter les aspects techniques.
• Participer à la remédiation des vulnérabilités de sécurité.

Job description

In a rapidly evolving environment driven by rapid technological change, and within TotalEnergies Global Information Technology Services (TGITS), the shared IT services center of TotalEnergies, the Secure & Agile Foundation (SAF) teams ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the services and products that host the Company's most sensitive data.

Activities

As part of the SAF team, composed of 7 members located across Paris, Pau, and Grenoble, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the operational availability and security of the environments managed by the SAF team;
• Integrating technical solutions (networking, security, virtualization, storage, databases, etc.) and operating them within the team itself, following the "you build it, you run it" principle;
• Developing new SAF solutions and products;
• Managing technology refresh cycles and implementing the necessary evolutions for our customers using a product-oriented approach;
• Providing advanced support to users in the event of incidents;
• Ensuring the continuity of SAF services and implementing disaster recovery and backup plans (DRP);
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation;
• Participating in the remediation of security vulnerabilities.

The SAF infrastructure operates almost independently from the TotalEnergies information system. The team works with a high degree of autonomy, from architecture and solution design through to their implementation.

Candidate Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) and have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, or a Master's degree (engineering school or university) with significant initial professional experience.
• You have a solid overall understanding of information systems (Windows, Linux, security, firewalls, databases, storage, networking, etc.).
• Experience in a Cyber Operations (RUN) environment would be an advantage.
• You are comfortable working in English (minimum B2 level required).
