TotalEnergies OneTech in Pau, France, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to bring electrical expertise to cross-functional teams supporting electrification and reliability across assets. You will deploy preventive and corrective maintenance for critical equipment like VSDs and ESPs, analyze failures, optimize drive systems, and monitor key performance indicators to reduce downtime.

French and English fluency, SAP experience, and willingness to travel internationally are required for this senior

Qualifications

Engineering degree or Master’s in maintenance, electrical or related field.
Minimum 10 years in industrial maintenance with operations exposure.
Strong electrical and drive systems knowledge (VSDs, ESPs).

Responsabilités

Deploy and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance for critical equipment.
Provide technical support on drive systems of compression trains (electric motors, VSDs, transformers, protection and control).
Participate in failure analysis and diagnostics to minimize downtime.
Perform energy and electrical performance analyses to maximize availability and reduce energy use.
Develop and deploy condition monitoring and data analytics for early deterioration detection.
