Talantir is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing) for our higher education venture, based at the EMA campus in Paris. The role focuses on strategic paid campaigns to promote programs, drive enrolment, and boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French (reading, writing, comprehension).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as paid marketing manager or similar role, preferably in higher education.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn ads.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting and campaign optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PPC strategies for student recruitment and lead generation.
• Manage PPC campaigns and budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads and social platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy.
• Monitor metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and web teams on landing pages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC and education marketing.
• Create audience targeting strategies including lookalikes and retargeting.
• Manage ad creatives (images, videos, carousels) and test variations.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
