We are seeking a creative, yet data-driven, direct response marketer to drive performance for our top-spending clients on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
As a Performance Marketing Manager at TNT, you will analyze the client’s entire funnel—from ad view to click to conversion to LTV—identify performance bottlenecks, and develop hypotheses to overcome them. You will lead a team comprising a media buyer, creative producer, copywriters, and video editors, all focused on generating high-ROAS sales and scaling client spend.
