TNT is a performance marketing agency specializing in customer acquisition for companies in the Direct to Consumer space. With a focused data-driven approach on traffic and funnel development, TNT has generated over a billion dollars in sales for our clients.

Tried and True Media (TNT) is a fully remote digital direct response agency in the health, wellness, and beauty space, having generated over $1.2B in sales for our clients. We are seeking a creative, yet data-driven, direct response marketer to drive performance for our top-spending clients on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

As a Performance Marketing Manager at TNT, you will analyze the client’s entire funnel—from ad view to click to conversion to LTV—identify performance bottlenecks, and develop hypotheses to overcome them. You will lead a team comprising a media buyer, creative producer, copywriters, and video editors, all focused on generating high-ROAS sales and scaling client spend.

Key Expectations

  • Manage a portfolio of clients spending $2M-$5M/month, primarily on Meta and Google, to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships, serving as the primary contact.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for scaling and improvement.
  • Analyze and optimize the entire sales funnel, testing hypotheses to improve KPIs like CVR, AOV, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to expand and test new ad concepts and audience targeting.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and longevity through data analysis and testing.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment, with accountability for ad spend and ROAS targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in spreadsheets and analytics.
  • Creative marketing skills with the ability to think multidimensionally for scaling offers.
