Qualifications

This role will be based in France. The position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence for Europe / AMWA CCA. This position has become available due to the promotion of the previous position holder.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

The Performance Manager for France will be one of the leaders of CCA with a clear goal of developing a performance culture in the aggregates business

Assist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers)

Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams in France and help other PI Managers in Europe

Help with the implementation of digital tools to improve business performance

Coordinate and deliver training in France and other European countries

YOUR PROFILE

University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role

Fluent language skills in French and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentations

Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
